Preksha Meditation Workshop was organised on 11th September 2019 at Jain Bhavan, Silchar (Assam) by Terapanth Mahila Mandal. Mrs. Manju Sipani from Kolkata gave Training of Deep Breathing, Preksha of Psychic centers, Mahapran sound, Preksha of emotions. She motivated ladies to start Preksha Vahini in Silchar. 35 ladies participated.
