Parvadhiraj Paryushan is being worshiped in a joyfull atmosphere at Terapanth Bhawan, Visakhapatnam under the direction of Pravakta worshipers Shri Arjun Lalji Medatwal and Shri Gehrilalji Bafana, with the permission of Mahatpaswi Acharya Shri Mahashramanji. The fifth day of Parvadhiraj Paryushan was celebrated as *Anuvrat Chetna Divas* today.
Addressing the important huge Dharma Sabha on the occasion, the spokesperson worshiper Shri Arjunji Medatwal said - Paryushan is a festival of self-darshan. Just as we clean the entire house on Diwali, we take out the waste wherever the garbage has accumulated, in the same way, it is also necessary to take out the garbage in the soul as frozen. Paryushan festival gives us a sense of internal cleanliness. Whomever has been estranged in the past, it is to be repentant for past mistakes made by remembering all those who have been estranged, and to consign them with conscience.
In the context of "Anuvrat Chetna Divas", he said - Lord Mahavira established two types of religions: the Anagar Dharma and the Agar Dharma. That is, Mahavrat Dharma and Anuvrat Dharma. The Mahavrat Dharma is directed towards the saints and the Anuvrat Dharma is for the Shravakas living in the Grihastha Ashram. Lord Mahavir has also instructed 7 education vows to bring down the Anuvrat in life. There are twelve fasts consisting of five Anuvrata and seven Shiksha Vrats.
Acharya Shri Tulsi started the Anuvrat movement on 1 March 1949. The Eleven Point Code of Conduct is a unique code of conduct. The spirit of nation reform by individual reform and social reform by social reform lies in it. Anuvrat is a movement free of discrimination of caste, caste, gender and sect. A person of any caste, creed or province can hold the membership of Anuvrat. Anuvrat is a typical undertaking of the establishment of moral values. A person who understands and accepts Anuvrat adopts human values in life. The problem of violence of the present era, the problem of terrorism, the problem of the environment, etc., lies in this. Society is the unit of society and for the structure of a healthy society, improvement in the individual is necessary. Presently, Shantidoot Acharya Shri Mahashramanji is doing the entire Bharatvashtra with the three objectives of goodwill, morality and drug addiction. These three objectives are a reflection of the Anuvrat. A person who adopts anuvrata will not kill a creature with intent. He will not commit suicide - will not commit feticide. He will not waste earth, water, fire, electricity etc. He will live a life of honesty and morality. He will be aware of environmental problems. Will not promote social evils like dowry. He is also into business and business"It will remain authentic. In a nutshell, the solution of all the problems of the present age is seen in the Anuvrata. Today it is necessary that every listener should become twelve fasting listeners.
Associate worshiper Shri Gehri Lalji Bafana said - Anuvrat is a compilation of small rules. By adopting small rules, a man can improve his instincts. Can change his ethics and thoughts and he can become capable in the structure of a healthy society. Restraint in the use of food items, control of water, food items, abstinence of wearing clothes and in all activities of life
He inspired to practice self-control. Through a beautiful melodious song, he said that this human birth is priceless. We do not lose it in vain as we have received this precious human birth like a diamond. Life is fleeting when it ends, nothing can be said. Therefore, one should never be lazy in doing Dharma.. He inspired to take his life towards spiritual flourishing by the small rules of Anuvrata.
