Graduation Garba At JCSC - Jun 8, 2019
A Graduation Garba Event will be held on Saturday, June 8, in the Main Hall at JCSC.
Grad Garba tickets can be bought from any committee members for $5 beforehand, or for $7 at the door. Dinner is included in the ticket price and will begin at 5:00 pm.

Walking the Path Of Adhyatma To Get Rid of Mithyatva continues...
A great opportunity to learn ‘JAIN ADHYATMA’ as described in the “Paramagams” written by Kundkundacharya and all other Acharyas subsequent to him in his tradition, and greatly revered by Todarmalji and Shri Kanjiswami. Through daily discourses on various Paramagams such as Samaysaar, Pravachansaar and Niyamsaar for over 45 years, Shri Kanji Swami reintroduced Jain Adhyatma which was covered up under the clouds of hollow rituals and wrong beliefs.

Convertible Cars for Procession During JAINA Convention - Jul 4, 2019
The procession committee is having special volunteers meeting as they would like to have a small drill done before the event and the committee is inviting to come to Jain temple on June 9th Sunday from 1-2.30 pm at JCSC - first floor room # N2.

Jaina Convention has scheduled a procession on July 4th, from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM at the Ontario Convention Center. We are having Convertibles cars for the Dignitaries to ride during the procession. The procession team is trying to rent 4-7 convertibles cars from Enterprise Car rental, However, July 4 being a holiday there is some uncertainty of getting the Convertibles.
The Procession team of 2019 Jaina Convention is requesting/wanting to borrow Convertibles from any Jain Center Members as a back up in case they can not get them from the Car rentals.
If you are coming to the Jaina Convention and if you have convertible cars at home please drive them to the Convention and see if the procession team can use them from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM on July 4, 2019. Convertibles do not have to be new or the latest model. We are planning to decorate the car for the procession. Your family member can drive the car during the procession, if desired.
The Procession team will appreciate for all to please come forward to help with the same.

TAPOVAN NRI Shibir 2019 - For NRI Kids
NRI Shibir aims at Preparing Next Generation NRI Kids with Strong Faith and Belief towards Jain Morals & Values! Tapovan NRI Shibir 2019 - an Exclusive Event for NRI Kids held near Ahmedabad, Gujrat. This is 7th year of Shibir and seats are limited.
Date: 14 July to 21 July, 2019
Age Groups:
Group 1: Boys (7 Years to 12 Years)
Group 2: Boys (12 Years to 18 Years)
Group 3: Girls (7 Years to 12 Years)
In the past couple of years, many pathshala kids have attended this shibir. To encourage participation by JCSC Pathshala kids, anonymous members have offered reward and sponsorship of up to $1,200 for the first five kids. Yogesh & Saurabh Shah have offered free Palitana 99 Yatra for JCSC members with all expenses and necessary supplies. Yatra will start from Palitana.
