Jito Mumbai Ghatkopar chapter in association with Preksha foundation organised ARISE workshop for the kids. It was a 10 days workshop from 10-19th April, which helped the kids to awake their inner potential through asana, pranayam, tratak, colour meditation as well as super brain yoga.
The cooperation of Anju Bafna, Vikas Bothra, Meena Sabadra, Lad ji Kothari as well as Sejal dagli made the workshop a milestone.
