A session of *Preksha Meditation* to experience bliss every Saturday.
Today was the 7th week. It included basic Warm up, Yogasanaas & Kayotsarg for the I hour. Personal counseling for meditation was done in the II hour.
TPF Biratnagar president Jyoti Kothari trained & gave counselling to the participants.
Though the participants were few in number, enthusiasm was skyrocketing.
