Learnings from the master Mr K C Jain from 24 - 30 Sep 2018.Below is my interpretation of what I learnt: 🙏🙏🏻
By Sanjay Choudry, Delhi
- Dispel fear of the unknown: Fear of unknown produces acid, adrenaline secreted to counter it and adrenaline in body gets reduced: abhay anupreksha dhayan reduces fear.
- Reduce thoughts by reducing your breath (we normally have 40 thoughts and 17 breath in a minute) yogi/ muni can reduce breath to 4 per minute and hence prolong life span. (delta state having zero thoughts)
- I am more important than my circumstances, so dispel fear and remain happy. My situation/ circumstances will not make me unhappy.
- We have tremendous energy and with our erect spine and endocrine system using preksha Dhayan we can increase our potential. As energy of soul is unlimited (energy of matter is limited defined by E=mcsquare). Soul is our driving force and source of knowledge and we can tap universe knowledge using our soul.
- Illness is absence of energy. My illness will not spoil my mood.
- Arham chanting: breathing gets regulated, praying on white on Jyoti chakra, power to meditate increases and will have good willpower + clear thoughts.
- Body power is limited having finite energy not Chetana it’s with infinite energy and we have power to expand this energy by overcoming fear (not to worry about past and future) to have purpose of life. Only humans can expand energy due to erect neuroendocrine system.
- Kayotsarag: helps in balance autonomic nervous system and 5 senses of body.
