TERAPANTH PROFESSIONAL FORUM BIRATNAGAR organized Sambodh Karyashala on LET’S AWAKEN OURSELVES on the occasion of Dhyan Diwas in the presence of Upasak Sri Suresh Bafna & Upasak Sri Kantilal Mehta.
The workshop was started with manglacharan by singing Preksha mediation song. TPF Biratnagar president Jyoti Kothari welcomed the audience, emphasized on the importance of self awakening through Preksha Meditation & also elucidated about TPF activities.
Upasak Sri Suresh Bafna elaborated on the importance of meditation & it’s relation with lifestyle to bring positive changes not only in professionals but also for common people.
Upasak Sri Kantilal Mehta made the audience practice the four steps of preksha meditation- Kayotsarg, Antaryatra, Swaas Preksha, Jyoti Kendra Preksha.
The audience included around 130 people along members of different social institutions. The program successfully ran for 75 minutes at Terapanth Jain Bhavan.
