One day free Preksha Meditation workshop was organized at Mahapragya Preksha Meditation Centre, Terapanth Bhawan, Nagpur in presence of Shasan Shree Sadhvi Satyavati.Around 50 people participated in the workshop organized by the local Preksha Vahini.
Workshop started at 6 am in the morning with Navkar Mantra meditation by Preksha trainer Mr. Anandmal Sethia, followed by Asana and Pranayam. Trainer Jatanmal Maloo helped with training of Asanas. Local sabha president Mr. Sunil Chhajer explained the 5 rules (upsampada) of Preksha meditation. Preksha practitioner Amit Jain explained the scientific basis of Preksha meditation.
Sadhvi Shashi Pragya took the basic Four step meditation session. Sadhvi Punya Darshana elaborated on contemplation (Anupreksha) and its importance in transforming behaviour. Well known speaker and Upaasak Mr. Aditya Kothari threw light on importance of meditation in Jainism. Sadhvi Shree Satyavati Ji inspired people to practice meditation in the main discourse. Program was well coordinated by Ms. Premlata Daga.
In the final stage of workshop, healer Smt. Anita Agarkar gave beautiful descripition of five elements, their relation to seed mantra and their impact on life. Workshop concluded with deep kayosarga session by Mr. Anandmal Sethia.
