In the pious presence of Sadhvi Satyavati 2617th Mahavir Jayanti was celebrated with great pomp and show. Firstly the flag was hoisted early morning after which a huge rally commenced in the presence of the complete Jain community. Mangalacharan was done by Kanyamandal,after which Sabha President Kanhaiyalal shared his views representing all the organizations. The members of the Sabha shed light on the life of Bhagwan Mahavir through a poem. Anuvrat Samiti members too shared their views.
Sadhvi Sambodh Yasha shared her views through proverbs. Sadhvi Shashi Pragya said that a human is not born great but becomes great through his nature, dedication, good qualities and his way of living. Sadhvi Darshana said that Bhagwan Mahavir is the shining star of our Indian culture which is still shining bright. Bhagwan left his kingdom and wealth behind and pursued his spiritual journey too with the same enthusiasm and dedication. Sadhvi Satyavati in her pious discourse said that Bhagwan enlightened lakhs of people including him. If we all follow his path we too can lead a pure, calm and peaceful life.
