Last week Dr. Samani Pratibha Pragyaji explained how we can rejuvenate the vitality of mind, body and spirit through colour visualisation and mantra.
On Sunday 11 March 2018 she will continue to explain in detail the role of colour and leshya as per the Jain philosophy.
