World cancer day is an international day marked on February 4 to raise awareness of cancer and to encourage its prevention, detection and treatment.
All India Terapanth Mahila Mandal directed all its branches to aware public and it observed plastic free weak. As one of reason for cancer is excessive use of plastic.Terapanth Mahila Mandal, Hyderabad held a function at Mahavir Hospital and Research Centre. Reeta Surana president of local Mahila Mandal welcomed all.
Dr Vipin Goyal of Indo American Cancer Institute gave detailed information about diesase and how we can prevent cancer. He has shown information on projector by PPT.
National executive member Prabha Dugar and Saroj Bhandari was present in function.
Suprident of Mahavir Hospital Sushil Kapadia was also present.
