The New Year’s Special Mangalpath and Mangal Kamna program were held in the presence of Muni Prashant Kumar. While addressing the gathering, Muni Prashant Kumar said, we should celebrate a new day and not only New Year as we get a new day every day. It’s up to us how we contemplate the 24 hours, we use or misuse it. Set your goal high and stay away from negative emotions as it creates a bad atmosphere for self and others too. Be aware of your karmas and think about the welfare of the soul. Take a resolution and develop yourself spiritually and try helping others too. Never harm nor think of harming anyone. Take up positive pledges like and welcome the New Year and try practicing them. It’s up to us to decide how and from where we can attain peace and good thoughts and lead a better way life. Reform yourself, identify and overcome your short comings and Set an example for others. He motivated everyone to memorize Bhaktamar Stotra, Logassa Paath, Upasargahara Stotra, Ghantakarn Mantra, Pesathiya Chandh, Jin Panjar, and take a pledge to complete in a year.
Muni Kumud Kumar while addressing the gathering said we should not only change the calendar but try to bring in changes in our thoughts which will eventually help us change our behavior and conduct. To lead a happy and content and a pious life, first we need to think positively for one self and then try to improve relations with people with whom we have a dispute and don’t have cordial relations. Just changing costumes or calendars will not make us a better person till we don’t change our thoughts. Move on to a better life with practicing self contemplation and self meditation. Practice the noble pledges and build a good future. Follow the glorious Indian Values and culture and keep progressing towards a better future.
