Wellness Challenge - "Give Up Carbs".

For the upcoming weekly challenge, we are challenging the participants to “Give Up Carbs." Simple carbs, such as those found in cookies, candy and chips, are the king and queen of the food world.  They’ll give you a quick thrill - but you know they’re bad for you.  There almost as many carbs in a single cookie as there are in a bowl of oatmeal.  When you give up carbs you start burning fat, cut your risk for diabetes, feel more energized, and so much more.  If you are interested in learning more and participating, click here.
