Wellness Challenge - "Do Not Complain".

For the upcoming weekly challenge, we are challenging the participants to “Not Complain." We all complain.  Even if you argue that you are the happiest person in the world, you still complain sometimes.  Sometimes we complain without even realizing it, but rarely is it helpful.  It’s easier to complain instead of fixing a problem.  There are benefits to not having a negative attitude or negative thoughts.  One benefit is changing the way you think.  This helps you appreciate life more.  If you are interested in learning more and participating, click here.

Selection of  EC Member for 1 year terms beginning January 1, 2018

We would urge all others to still get involved with the Jain Center as volunteers and encourage all of them to reapply again when 8 EC Members positions for 2 years, will be available for election.
