मानवता का संदेश लेकर अपनी श्वेत सेना के साथ जन-जन को जागृत करने के लिए बीहड़, दुर्गम, पहाड़ी मार्गों से पदयात्रा करते जैन श्वेताम्बर तेरापंथ धर्मसंघ के ग्यारहवें अनुशास्ता भगवान महावीर के प्रतिनिधि, महातपस्वी, अखंड परिव्राजक, समाज सुधारक आचार्यश्री महाश्रमणजी वर्तमान में वर्ष 2017 का चतुर्मास कोलकाता के राजरहाट में निर्मित महाश्रमण विहार में कर रहे हैं। इसी परिसर में बने अध्यात्म समवसरण से नियमित रूप से आचार्यश्री अपने श्रीमुख से जन जागृति के लिए प्रवचन करते हैं। आचार्यश्री के मंगल प्रवचन का श्रवण करने के लिए देश भर से लोग आ रहे हैं।
इसी क्रम में शनिवार को महातपस्वी आचार्यश्री महाश्रमणजी ने ‘ठाणं’ आगम में वर्णित चार प्रकार के श्रमणोपासकों की विस्तृत व्याख्या करते हुए कहा कि श्रमणोपासक का अर्थ होता है साधु की उपासना करने वाला होता है। इसका पर्यायवाची शब्द श्रावक होता है। आचार्यश्री ने कहा कि आगम में चार प्रकार के श्रावक बताए गए हैं-माता-पिता के समान, भाई के समान, मित्र के समान व स्वपत्नी सौत के समान।
आचार्यश्री ने इन चारों प्रकार के श्रावकों की विस्तृत व्याख्या करते हुए कहा कि पहले प्रकार के श्रावक साधु-साध्वियों के लिए माता-पिता के समान वात्सल्य और श्रद्धा रखने वाले होते हैं। वे साधु के गोचरी-पानी के साथ अपनी बड़ी उम्र और ज्ञान के माध्यम से साधुओं की सार-संभाल करते हैं। वे साधुओं की चिंता करने वाले होते हैं। साधु के साता-असाता का ध्यान रखने वाले होते हैं। साधु के संयम जीवन की अपेक्षाओं के प्रति जागरूक रहने वाले श्रावक माता-पिता के समान होते हैं।
दूसरे प्रकार के श्रावक भाई के समान होते हैं। ऐसे श्रावक भाई की तरह होते हैं जो साधु के साथ वत्सलता और श्रद्धा रखने के साथ ही कभी-कभी उग्रता भी कर लेते हैं। भाई के समान उग्रता कर लेने वाले श्रावक दूसरे प्रकार के श्रावक की श्रेणी में आते हैं।
तीसरे प्रकार के श्रावक मित्र के समान होते हैं। वे श्रावक अवसरवादी होते हैं। साधु उनके अनुकूल है तो भक्ति और वत्सलता भी रखते हैं और उनका पूरा ख्याल रखने वाले हो सकते हैं और साधु की अनुकूलता न हो तो वे साधुओं की उपेक्षा कर लेते हैं या करने लग जाते हैं। ऐसे श्रावक तीसरे प्रकार के श्रावक भाई के समान होते हैं।
चैथे प्रकार के श्रावक को स्वपत्नी सौत के समान गया है। जैसे एक पत्नी की दूसरी पत्नी के प्रति जो व्यवहार होता है, वैसे श्रावक सौत के समान होते हैं। वे साधुओं के बारे केवल बुरा सोचने वाले होते हैं। वे साधुओं के प्रमाद और गलतियों को खोजते रहते हैं, और मिल जाने पर उसे फैलाते रहते हैं। उन्हें साधु के आहार, पानी, साता आदि से कोई मतलब नहीं होता, केवल वे दोष खोजने वाले होते हैं। यह जैन धर्म चतुर्विध धर्मसंघ है। इसमें श्रावक बनना भी अच्छी बात होती है। श्रावक को यथार्थ के प्रति श्रद्धा, देव, गुरु और धर्म के प्रति श्रद्धा व निष्ठा का भाव रखने का प्रयास करना चाहिए। अंत में आचार्यश्री ने ‘तेरापंथ आख्यान शृंखला को आगे बढ़ाया और तेरापंथ धर्मसंघ के प्रणेता महामना आचार्यश्री भिक्षु के महाप्रयाण की कथा का विस्तार से वर्णन किया। आचार्यश्री ने इस अवसर पर आचार्यश्री तुलसी द्वारा रचित गीत ‘सिरियारी रो संत प्यारो-प्यारो लागे’ का संगान किया।

The saints are the ones who take care of the asceticism. The restraint of the sadhu is similar to the shawkas who are conscious of life's expectations.
The other kind of shawk is like a brother. They are like a brother-in-law who, with veneration and reverence with a sadhu, sometimes even rages. Shravak, who has a similarity to brother, falls under another category.
The third type of shaver is like a friend. They are shravak opportunists. Saints are friendly to them, they also keep devotion and devotion and they can be full carers and if they do not have the favors of a sadhu, then they are neglecting the sadhus or doing it. Such dead people are like the third kind of dead brother.
The four types of shravak have been likened to a dream relative. Just like the behavior of a wife's second wife, the shawkas are similar to the saucy. They are the only bad thinkers about the sadhus. They keep searching for the neglect of the sadhus and the mistakes, and when they meet, they keep spreading. They do not make sense of the Sage's diet, water, saata etc, only those who are looking for faults. This Jain religion is the Chaturvedi Dharma Sangha. It is also good to be a shawkara. Shravak should try to keep a sense of reverence and integrity towards the true faith, dev, guru and religion towards reality.
