His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, a human does Karma (performance). He himself is concerned of the result that is it Paap Karma or Punya Karma. That is why human is alone because no one becomes partner while enduring Karma. So the Anupreksha should be practiced that I am alone. I have come alone and have to go alone. I have to endure my Karma myself. This kind of Ekatvanubhuti (feeling of loneliness) Anupreksha of loneliness can become wrecker, repealer of arrogance. When I am alone then arrogance for what? What I have which will go with me. Then why I do vain glory and so arrogance. I have come alone and have to go alone. No one will come with me. This is my loneliness.
