“Om Namah Siddibehyo”

Tenth day (05/Sep/2017) of Dashalakshna Mahaparva is Uttama Brahmacharya dharma - (To dwell within Soul) Brahmacharya is derived from two words Brahma (Soul) + Charya (to dwell) but not to abstain from marrying or being single.

Jain Monks & Nuns follow Bramachary to the highest level (Mahavratha), with complete control over their mind, speech, body and abstain from all the pleasures.

Vyavahara (Worldly life): Bharamacharya for family/layman is not avoid marrying but to practice Bharmacharya in the married/family life & dwell within the soul to uphold right conduct  (Samyak Charitra).
First and the foremost thing is not to cheat your partner (Husband/Wife), should not have Extramarital affairs or relationships outside of marriage and avoid Child and Old-age marriages, forced or Dowry dominated marriages, Polygamy, verbal & physical abuse of the partner, avoid use of foul & Vulgar language, vulgar fashions.

Nischya (Spiritual): To have complete control over mind and to check bad thoughts that provokes Sexual addiction or Hypersexuality, preoccupation with sexual fantasy that creates mental instability and lead to disaster. To control the mind and bad thoughts one should practice to completely dwell within their soul is called Uttama Nischay Brahmacharya dharma.

A person who religiously follow  Uttama Nischay Brahmacharya then their Vyavahara Brahmcharya will definitely fall in place.
