September 10th 2017 is the first day of Pathshala for this academic year.

(Please note that the Sep and Oct Pathshala will be extended by 2 hours (1:30 - 3:30 PM) for Diwali Program Practice)

Please read the entire email for information on Pathshala day cleanup policy, Yearly Calendar, and Parva Sheet.

Pathshala time: 10 AM Sharp.
We request all parents and kids to be present 10 min. earlier. 
Schedulefor Pathshala:
10:00 am - 10:30 am: Prayer & General Assembly
10:45 am - 12:00 pm P&ME and Rookie Class
10:45 am - 12 45 pm: Religious class for L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, & Swadhyay
12:45 pm - 1:30 pm:  Lunch

We will gather in the Temple for prayers followed by meditation and announcements.

Deadline for parva sheet is September 8th
Since we need to plan for gifts, entries received after September 8th will not be processed.

Kshamavani Day is September 9th - JCGB email to follow
The pathshala is a volunteer run organization, and parents are expected to volunteer at least twice every year on Pathshala days.
Responsibilities of Volunteers:
Help set up, serve lunch, cleaning dishes, wipe dishes, put all the silverware in appropriate places and take care of any leftover food (you may divide among all the volunteers).

Volunteers for the month of September are: Level 4 and 5 Parents
For some reason if you are unable to volunteer, Please find a substitute.
