Clarifications about the Last Date for EC/BOD Nomination Forms
We would like to clarify that the Last Date for receipt of EC and BOD Nominationmail is September 11, 2017. On one of the forms previously sent out, it mistakenly gave the date as September 21, 2017.Revised EC and BOD instructions and forms are attached herewith.
At the end of this year 2017, there are 2 Board of Director and 8 Executive Committee Members positions getting vacant. As Jain Center is growing bigger with lot more activities, we need a lot of help and support from the community members in accomplishing our goals. We need dedicated individuals to lead the Jain Center towards much bigger, better and eventful center.
Jain Center has announced a 3 member Nomination Committee which will see the entire process of Nomination for all these positions as follows: Hemendra Doshi - Chairperson Smita Doshi Mona Gandhi
There are 2 forms attached to this email for BOD and EC positions, which also contain the instruction for filling up these forms.

Forms can be sent by email or mail or even online at Jaincenter.org. These forms can also be downloaded from the Downloads section of the Jain Center website: http://jaincenter.org/nomination-announcement.php
We have also made arrangements so that people can submit their forms electronically from our website. To submit your forms electronically, please click on the link below and fill your details and the position you are applying for. The Nomination committee will automatically receive these forms and process them. http://jaincenter.org/nomination-announcement.php
A confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of the nomination form. If there are more candidates than the open positions, nomination committee will hold a meeting with all candidates to meet each other and exchange views. This meeting, if necessary, will be held at 8:30 PM on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at the Jain Center office. Notification will be sent.
