Memorial gathering for Muni Rakesh Kumar was organised in the presence of Muni Sumermal Sudarshan at Greenpark. Muni Sumermal (Sudarshan) said that Muni Rakesh Kumar was his childhood friend and they both used to study and play together. Muni Rakesh Kumar had set many records whether its education, religious, social or political field.
Muni Tanmay Kumar recited memoirs of Muni Rakesh Kumar. Muni Jayant Kumar, Muni Anushasan Kumar and Muni Saumya Kumar paid tribute to Muni Rakesh Kumar. Terapanth Sabha President of Delhi, Jain Vishwa Bharati head and people holding positions at various offices were also present. It must be noted that Muni Rakesh Kumar did maximum of 17 chaturmas in New Delhi.
