One student said, "My teacher is the best. He can go days without eating."

The second said, "My teacher has so much self-control, he can go days without sleep."

The third said, "My teacher is so wise that he eats when he's hungry and sleeps when he's tired."

An old Cherokee Indian was telling her granddaughter about a fight that was going on inside herself. She said it was between two wolves. ‘One is evil,’ she recounted: ‘Anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego. The other is good: Joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.’ The granddaughter thought about this for a minute, then asked her grandmother, ‘Which wolfwins?’ The old Cherokee simply replied, ‘The one I feed~!!
