Rahul is an Indian Motivational Speaker who lives with a vision and purpose to help people across the world to ignite their inner powers and achieve results that matter. He employs his signature style - a combination of high energy levels, a willingness to reinvent and an enviable presence of mind to impart difficult lessons in the most palatable manner.

His years of experience has been enriched by conducting over a thousand sessions for individuals of all ranks and positions of corporate hierarchy which makes him a preferred choice for various events and interventions. He has worked closely with leadership teams in many organizations to design and execute companywide initiatives to enhance productivity and employee effectiveness.

Rahul has trained over 1 Lakh people from various backgrounds in the past 17 years and has conducted sessions for over 200 clients in 11 countries which include Australia, Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore & USA.

Rahul has authored a book Workwise - Lessons in Excellence for Young Professionals published by the Times Group Books. He is a Guest faculty at IIM, Bangalore. He was recently awarded the Outstanding Young Persons of India 2010 conferred by Junior Chamber International. He is also the Official host for Royal Challengers Bangalore - DLF IPL 3, 4 and 5.

Dharmaadhikari, Reformer, Educationist, Philosopher and Philanthropist, Dr. Veerendra Heggade is a multidimensional individual. Significantly, what truly defines Dr. Heggade’s contribution is his determined and consistent service to the nation.

In the last 47 years as Heggade of Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala, he has initiated multiple pioneering social, economic and cultural projects for development of the Society. He has converted small towns into modern educational hubs. He has redefined the very role of a temple from being a place of worship to a place of service. He has revived ancient sciences to further enhance modern lifestyles. 

Most importantly, he has shown that one individual has the potential to change and evolve himself as a social reformer in a nation of one billion. This is perhaps the reason why in 2015 Dr. Veerendra Heggade was awarded the second highest Civilian award Padma Vibhushan by Govt of India from the hand of Rashtrapati. (President of India). He is the only JAIN to have received Padma Vibhushan and and very few individuals to have received both Padma Bhushan (Year 2000) and Padma Vibhushan (2015).
