Ahimsa Yatra reached Lohna today. A huge number of lay followers accompanied the Vihar and engrossed in the Prime Sermon.
His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, the main reason of anguish is attachment - emotions of Raga. The one who becomes Vitaraga and gets free from Raga overcome the anguish or sorrow gets finished. Industriousness of spirituality is the industriousness of suppressing the anguish.
