We can make our lives aesthetically enriching.
In fact an aesthetically rich life is what life is all about.
What is this life, if full of tension and violence.
In merging the experience of bliss, the pursuit of knowledge and the development of strength lies the art of life.
When I began the task of editing the Agamas, I organised my time in this fashion:
Experiencing bliss in the mornings, editing in the afternoon, that is, pursuing knowledge, and the evening was devoted to meditation or development of strength.
This arrangement made the job easier.
