Preksha Meditation camp was organised by Mahila Mandal. About 100 ladies took part in it. Mahila Mandal president welcomed all participants and explained benefit of Yoga and Meditation. Preksha Trainer Alaka Sankhla guided participants to practice Onkar recital. She taught technic lof Meditation.
