His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, a little thought should occur in our mind about practicing Samayika between 7 to 8PM Saturday evening. If we can not practice more then at least we should practice one Samayika in a week. It can be a good and small resolution and term of lifestyle. If man aims for something and develops interest then he can practice for more. So people of all age groups like old, young, teenagers and all the family members should practice Samayika together between 7 to 8PM Saturday evening. So it can be a small, important and fruitful practise.
