As per instructed by Akhil Bharatiya Terapanth Mahila Mandal, Under the auspicious presence of Sadhvi Pragya Shree Terapanth Mahila Mandal, Coimbatore organized a workshop on the World Health Day. Topics of the workshop were - Healthy and Balanced Diet and Benefits of Positive Thinking.
This workshop was divided in two sessions.
The programme of the first session propitiously began with the reciting of holy Namaskar Mahamantra by Sadhvi Pragya Shree. Afterward Vijaya Gelara introduced people with the chief guest Dr. Urvashi Lunia. Dr. Urvashi Lunia gave some very easy tips to make our food simple and balanced and how and when to eat the food. The chief guest was honoured with the memento by Manju Giria.
In the next session Sadhvi Pragya Shree preached about positive thinking and smiling face. She preached that the life becomes boring in the absence of humour. It is a must to be awaken about vitality and health in life. Chandrajeet Bhantia, President, Terapanthi Sabha, Coimbatore said that the rules of Jain Dharm are constituted in the sense of health and a scientific reason is also behind them. The programme was successfully hosted by Vijaya Gelara and vote of thanks was given by Monika Lunia. The strength of the programme was remarkable.
