Barpeta Road

Ahimsa Yatra reached Barpeta Road today for four days holy stay. Lay followers of the town gratefully welcomed His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman and Dhawal Sena (troop of Monks and Nuns). They organised a grand rally in the welcome of His Holiness. Terapanth Mahila Mandal, Kanya Mandal, Gyanshala Students, Yuvak Parishad and Terapanthi Sabha, Barpeta Road all were willing to devote their feelings in the feet of His Holiness. Gyanshala Students presented some tableaus on ascetic life, three motives of Ahimsa Yatra - Morality, Humanity and De-addiction  and many more. Lay followers of the town are very pleased to get blessed with the fortunate opportunity of holy stay. Many distinguished people of the town were fortunate to attend this auspicious programme.
His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that lust and addiction give good feelings once but the result is very destructive. The act which creates problems in family, business, finance, health and on top of all, makes our soul filthy, distance should be maintained from it as much as possible.
