Under the auspicious presence of the Ahimsa Yatra pioneer His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman, Bihar Government's 'Alcohol Free Bihar - Abstinence Revolution' programme was organized. In this awareness programme, a huge number of Policemen took the resolution of Abstinence. Abdul Jalil Mastan, Excise and Prohibition Minister, Bihar Government was the honorable Chief Guest of today's programme.
