Moving from attachment to detachment, from worldly pleasures to sainthood and from Shravak to Shraman, Mumuksh Aman Bucha was initiated by Hon’ble Acharya Shree Mahashraman on 1st November, 2015 at Biratnagar, Nepal.
In the divine presence of Mantri Muni, prior to the welcome ceremony in Shahdara organised by Jain Shwetamber Terapanthi Sabha, Delhi, Dr. Dhanpat Lunia turbaned Aman Bucha with a saffron colored Zari Pagri. Also, Shree Paras Daga and Shree Jitendra Pugalia were honoured with the turban tied by Dr. Dhanpat Lunia.
Turban is a gesture of honour in a true sense. It is a nine meter long and 1 meter broad piece of cloth which when tied into a turban highlights an amazing art. Dr. Dhanpat Lunia, a resident of Delhi who belongs to Charwas, Rajasthan is an expert in this form of art. Famous personalities like Senior BJP leader, Shree L.K.Advani and football player, Mr. Bhaichung Bhutia have experienced his art on various occasions. He has also tied the turban in many fashion shows and is popular amongst the media for his creativity.
Along with being an art, tying turban is a social service as well. In Indian weddings, a turban is tied to the Bride groom. Till now, Dr. Dhanpat Lunia has tied turbans to 254 grooms. He has been honoured with many awards for his art which includes first position awarded by the Times Group in Delhi Hatt, which is worth mentioning.
