English Lectures during Paryushan

  • Thursday, Sept 10 at 9 pm: History Of Jainism  - By Dr. Dicky Shah
  • Sept 11, 14,15,16 at 9pm: Correlation between Jain Doctrine of Karma & Modern science by Shri Harshadbhai Maniar

Presentation on Correlation between Jain Doctrine of Karma & Modern Science will include the topics below:

Jain Doctrine of Karma is scientific and is based on the cause and effect principle.

Topic                                   Doctrine of Karma vs. Modern Science

Mind control/Intelligence       Ghati Karma                    Nervous system

Feeling/Emotions                 Ghati Karma                    Endocrine Glands

Bodies of all species            Naam Karma                   Genes/DNA

Pain/Disease                    Vedaniya Karma              Bio-photon emission

Life-span                             Ayusya Karma                 Division of cells

Karma Storage                     Karma body                     Bio-photon

It is the power of the Soul that controls & regulates millions of chemical & biological   activities in a cell per second in all the trillions of cells at a time in physical body.

The Karmas are stored in the form of light structure of Bio-photon of the living cell.

The knowledge of soul manifests in the subtle and physical body through Adhyavasaya (Karmic vibration).

Bio-photon provides intra & inter-cell communication and manages biological functions.

In the areas of genetic science & bio-photonic theory puzzling the scientists may have their answers in the Doctrine of Karma perceived by the Arihanta Lord.

The relationship between Doctrine of karma & modern science not only supports each other but also enhances our understanding of the subtle secrets of life which are guiding and governing our behavior physically, mentally and emotionally.

This is presented as a PowerPoint presentation with visual animations.
