The life of a Terapanth Acharya, is not his own.
There are both disadvantages and advantages of having one leader.

Every person desires that the Acharya speak to him.
Everyone places his own problem before him and wants solutions.

Devotion becomes so focused that they are not happy with presenting their problems to anybody else.
The Acharyas duty is to satisfy everyone.
On the one hand there is this talk about satisfaction,
and on the other, the time required for the development of the organization.

Can decentralization solve this problem?
