TPF Raipur organized a programme in the pious presence of the intellectual disciple of Acharya Mahashraman Sadhvi Rakesh Kumari ji on “Success through Soft Skills” at Ashoka Ratan community hall, Vidhan Sabha Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Smt Ritu Choraria coordinated the programme.

The programme started with chanting of Namokar mantra at 9.30 a.m. Shri Mahavir Prasad Jain, President of the forum welcomed all the participants thereafter Smt Indu Lodha, member of TPF requested CA Ritu Choraria, the speaker of the program to start the session. CA Ritu Choraria giving the examples of the most popular and successful tycoons explained "why these people are so successful, because they connect with people very easily". She explained that soft skills are the attitude to contribute, enjoy the work which we are doing, people who are successful they value honesty and integrity, they were out of box thinkers.

Continuous learning, Voracious reading, self confidence, positive attitude, passion are the attributes which make a person different from other and a successful one. Person should develop attitude of gratitude and attitude to contribute.

She addressed the gathering about the skills which can lead a simple person to attain remarkable success in every walk of their lives. Person must perceive a positive attitude to succeed and prosper. Positive attitude is must when a person gets demotivated, it easily help in resolving and fill the person with enthusiasm and zeal. A person with positive attitude can achieve his goals easily and efficiently.

Notwithstanding with the age of a person, he should always show inquisitiveness towards learning something new. Those who have courtesy and are not self esteemed can flourish their lives in a proper manner. A person with rude behavior cannot have a piquant life.

A person must be free to choose his target irrespective of criticisms. One must not be afraid of his failure whereas he should become aware of his mistakes and try to overcome the same effectively.

She also discussed about the very famous lines- “Honesty is the Best Policy”. An Honest person can achieve popularity. She also suggested “Do not ask what country can do, ask yourself what you can do for the Country”. As Stagnant water usually gives foul smell whereas only moving water reaches its destination.

Sadhvi Shri Rakesh Kumari Ji addressing and enlightening the gathering explained that for a successful life we need to set a goal which should be clear and such that it make and build our life. One should be a positive thinker, enthusiastic and with full deliberation try to achieve their goals and dreams in life.

Sadhvi Shri Ji also advised about importance of Discipline in the functioning of an organization, society and the Nation in wide. She also suggested about need of healthy communication for the mental development and good conduct. A proficient and skillful person can never knock down anyone. A good speaker requires to be balanced instead of being infuriated.

For being successful one must practice equanimity and be hopeful in all possible situations of life. Apart from this one must respect the importance of time and work accordingly. Stronger the decision making power more speedily a person can succeed. People should admire the successful persons who have achieved their milestones. Self confidence also plays crucial role in this regard.

Very famous scholar Stephen says “think only and only about victory”.

Successful persons are generally out of box thinkers, cooperative, honest and pragmatic in nature. As a result of which it increases their followers. Contentment is the greatest wealth.

The programme was graced by all eminent personalities viz. Shri Prem Chand ji Borad, President and Shri Sunil Jain Secretary Terapanth Sabha; Smt Sampat Barlota, President and Smt Pratibha Pokarna, Secretary TMM, Shri Manish Gadiya Vice President and Shri Surya Prakash Baid, Secretary TYP, Shri Surendra Choraria, Executive Member, NWC TPF, Shri Kaushal Gandhi, Vice President, Avinash Jain, Vice President TPF Raipur, Shri Surendra Ostwal, Preksha Vahini, Shri Jeet Mal Jain, Anuvarta Samiti and other eminent guests Shri Dharam Bhansali, Smt Chhoti Bai Daga, Shri Gautam Golechha, Shri Kamal Baid, Shri Sanjay Baid, Shri Kailash Jain, Shri Pradeep Pagaria etc.

The programme was concluded by Vote of thanks given by Shri Avinash Jain.
