Wellness Challenge - Eat Only Organic Food

For the upcoming weekly challenge we are challenging the participants to "eat only organic food.” In general, organic food consumers, manufacturers, and farmers strongly believe that organic food has the following benefits compared to non-organic food. While there are plenty of arguments against the multitude of organic food being overpriced on the market, there is no denying that there are some benefits that can be enjoyed. For more information and to participate in the challenge, click here.

Logassa Challenge - Rehearse, Recite & Repeat

Have you learned the first few lines? Then come in and recite them with the Sutra teachers to ensure you are on the right track. Let them help you with the next section.

Still having trouble getting started. Start by setting aside 2 minutes with your normal routine in the morning or evening. Start by practicing two lines at a time. Before you know it, you will have memorized the Logassa.

Strive to rehearse the Logassa once a day using the Audio/Visual tools available on the JCSC website. Once you have recited the Logassa and completed your challenge, repeat by inspire family and friends to take the challenge. We are at the bottom of the universe - help us reach our mark! Change procrastination to SUCCESS!

A test for all registered participants - let’s get to Madhya Loka (the realms of the humans, animals and plants) by the end of January!
