The journey of Acharya Mahashraman was delayed today also due to the presence of fog. Hence, the breakfast was at Akbarpur and once the fog decreased, the journey commenced by 10.10 am.
His Holiness had just walked a distance that a woman named Usha Trivedi met Acharya shree and choked with emotions spoke - "Guruji, how can I serve you? Give me a chance to serve you tea and snacks." Then she offered some sweetmeats to Gurudev and said "I am Shabari. You must accept something from me". To this Gurudev replied "these are all materials. I have accepted your emotions". The lady persisted for a while. Gurudev convinced her and moved ahead towards his destination.
On his way, His Holiness provided his holy inspiration to the people of Akbarpur, Mishrapur, Mati, Bara and Umrana. Impressed by Acharya shree 's path paving thoughts, many villagers accepted the vow to quit addiction. The workers of National Highway, where the work is under progress and of toll tax booth also listened to Acharya shree' s preachings and vowed to lead an addiction free life.
At the toll tax booth of Kanpur, many Jains along with Terapanth Shravak Samaj were also present to receive Acharya Mahashraman and they paid their obeisance at the feet of Gurudev. Today the sun lay invisible and in the cold wave Acharya shree walked for 11.3kms and reached the factory situated at the highway. The president of Kanpur Maryada Vayavasta Samiti Shree Ganeshmal Jammad and his family were ecstatic on a day's stay of Acharya Shree at their establishment.
Today Acharya Mahashraman Pravas Vayavasta Samiti, Delhi handed over their responsibility to Kanpur Vayavasta Samiti.

परम पावन आचर्यवर का विहार कोहरे के कारण आज भी निर्धारित समय पर नही हो सका। इसलिए आज का प्रातराश अकबरपुर में ही हुआ। कोहरे की समाप्ति के पस्चात प्रात:10:10 बजे अकबरपुर से प्रस्थित हुए।
पूज्यवर राजमार्ग पर कुछ दूर चले ही थे कि उषा त्रिवेदी नामक एक महिला ने आचार्यवर के दर्शन किए और भावविभोर होकर बोली-गुरूजी! आपकी क्या सेवा करू? चाय -पानी आदि कुछ तो सेवा का मोका दे| पूज्यवर ने उससेे कहा हम तो बस आपकी भावना स्वीकार करते है"। वह अपने साथ लाई मिठाई को आगे करती हुई बोली -में शबरी हू,कुछ तो लेना ही होगा। आचार्यवर ने कहा-यह तो पदार्थ है,हमने आपकी भावना ले ली। महिला कुछ देर तक और आग्रह करती गई। पूज्यवर मन्द मुस्कान के साथ उसे समझाकर गन्तव्य की ओर गतिमान हो गए।
पूज्यवर ने मार्ग में अकबपुरा,मिश्रपुर,माती,बारा और उमरण गांव के लोगो को पावन प्रेरणा प्रदान की। आचार्यवर की प्रेरणा से प्रभावित कई ग्रामवासियो ने नशामुक्ति का संकल्प स्वीकार किया। निर्मीयमाण सड़क तथा टोल टैक्स के कर्मचारी भी आचार्यवर से पावन संबोध प्राप्त कर नशामुक्ति हेतु संकल्पित हुए। मार्गस्थ टोल टैक्स पर कानपुर के तेरापंथ श्रावक समाज सहित बड़ी संख्या में उपस्थित जैन लोगो ने पूज्यचरण की अभिवंदना की।
सूर्य की अदृश्यता की स्थिति में शीतलहर के बीच पूज्यवर 11.3 कि मी का विहार कर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर स्थित फैक्ट्री में पधारे। कानपुर मर्यादा महोत्सव व्यवस्था समिति के अध्यक्ष श्री गणेशमल जम्मड़ और उनका परिवार अपने व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठान में अपने आराध्य का एक दिवसीय प्रवास पाकर हर्ष विभोर था।
आज आचार्य महाश्रमण प्रवास व्यवस्था समिति दिल्ली ने कानपुर प्रवास समिति को दायित्व हस्तांतरित किया।
