By now, you must have received your mail-in-ballot with the candidate biographies as well as an e-mail message that included the campaign message from each candidate running in the 2014 JCSC Election.
On Sunday, November 2, 2014, each candidate was given 3 minutes for an introductory speech, which was attended by many members. Just in case if you missed it, the AV Team was gracious enough to record their speech on video.

All we need now is for you to select the 2 candidates for BOD and 7 candidates for EC, mark the ballot and return it. It is acceptable to select less numbers but not more. You may mark "X" or a check mark in the box next to the candidate names. Be sure to return the mail-in-ballots post marked no later than Monday, November 17, 2014.
If you have been a life member since June 30, 2013 and if you have not received a mail-in-ballot by this Friday, November 7, 2014, please send a request for online voting as follows. Once again, a reminder if you have a mail-in-ballot, please use it.
Online Voting Instructions:
- Request online voting by e-mail to by November 7, 2014.
- Please provide your full name (including spouse name), phone # and your address on file with the request for Life membership verification.
- Once confirmed, you will receive by e-mail a link with Login # and Password.
- Login # and Password can be used to vote, one or two times, depending on number of Life Members at the address.
- Review your vote before submitting because you will not be able to change later.
- Online voting will be allowed until November 17, 2014 Midnight.
