Acharya Tulsi - Fifty Years Of Selfless Dedication: A Perennial Source of Moral Strength ◄Muni Vidyanand ji

Published: 14.07.2012

Muni Vidyanand ji
A noted Digambar Jain Saint

Shraman Sanskriti attaches great importance to Padyatra (travelling on foot). It makes it possible for the footprints of the Saraswati (a female divinity) to reach even the humble cottages of the poor. The first Shankracharya carried the torch of knowledge to the masses by undertaking a long march from Cape Comorin to the Himalayas. Acharya Tulsi has undoubtedly promoted the noble cause of the good of the people by travelling on foot throughout the length and breadth of the country in such a short span of time. He has thus infused moral strength into the effete Indian society.
