ANUVRAT GLOBAL ORGANIZATION (ANUVIBHA), a non-profit socio-cultural society dedicated to the noble cause of Ahimsa (Nonviolence - preached by Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Mandela, etc.,), has completed 24 years of voluntary service to humanity. It now enters its 25th year, celebrating its Silver Jubilee 30th December 2007, in conjunction with the 6th International Conference on Peace and Nonviolent Action (Sixth ICPNA).

There are two main events: the International Dialogue on the Challenge of Violence, Hunger and Poverty: Evolving Sustainable Countermeasures to be held from 23rd - 25th December 2007.

The second event is the 1st International Nonviolence Training Camp scheduled from 26th - 28th December 2007, following an interfaith dialogue on partnerships for peace on 29th December with the finale of celebrating the Silver Jubilee on 30th December. The venue is at the Peace Palace in Rajsamand, 60 kilometers from Udaipur (Rajasthan) - the city of lakes.

The events are being held under the auspices of His Holiness Acharya Mahapragya, aged 88, one of the most revered national saints of India and celebrated Jain Acharya known for his historic Ahimsa Yatra (a journey on foot to enhance peoples awareness of non-violence) and Yuvacharya Mahashraman, his successor. The two apostles of Ahimsa (nonviolence) have been telling the world that the survival of humanity will be difficult, if violence, poverty and hunger continues to gallop and not initiated in time.

All interested in peace and non-violence are cordially invited to attend ANUVRAT global peace conference in India and host workshops on this historic occasion, as a gesture of goodwill, solidarity and support for the cause of Ahimsa (Non-violence) and peace.
