The Census forms will be available to households from March 4th, and it is mandatory to fill and return the form either on line or through post. Non-compliance will invite a £1000 fine. On Q16, in the form we want all Jains to 'Choose Other, Write Jain'. We want to make sure at least 50,000 of the estimated 65,000 Jains select the ‘Jain Option’ to complete and return the form.
