Curing of Parkinson through Preksha Meditation

Experience of Vijay Bhanwar Borar, Rajasthan

I developed Parkinson's in the year 2015 and medical science offered no answer to this dreaded life long disease other than heavy medication with no relief and worsening health. With undiluted faith in the wisdom of Acharya Shree Mahapragya and the technique of Preksha Meditation as propounded by him, I decided to take the challenge head on.

I resorted to Asanas and Pranayama, like Sarvangasana etc, that will have increased blood supply in my brain supported by Bhava Kriya (visualisation), Contemplation n auto suggestion, which are essential parts of Preksha Meditation, that damaged portion of my brain was getting healed.

In fact the golden principle of Preksha Meditation that Energy travels wherever thought does and it can heal became my guiding light. Having gone deeper into subject, I knew that even if it was not possible to regenerate the dead cells, the peripheral part could be strenghthened enough to make good the damage. It took me almost a year and half to work on this before I could be completely off the medication and be again a healthy self.

During all this trial, I continued to carry on my drill without fail taking My Body as My Child who will resist every asana, Pranayama or meditation and needed to be counseled and cajoled like a child to carry on, in its own interest. I never had doubts in the efficacy of the process and today, when I am out of the problem, I can speak for it more confidently.

My salutations to Acharya Mahapragya, his technique of Preksha Meditation and wisdom of those who gave boon  of Yoga to the mankind.
