The Secret of Past Lives: Search for the truth by yourself

Published: 04.10.2017

If you follow Preksha, the result; purity of the chitta and raising of the self, will definitely follow. Sit comfortably. Close the eyes gently. Keep the body still. Suggest relaxation and experience lightness. Once the body is still, the only movement is caused by breathing. Watching the breath is called aanapana in Vipassana and in Preksha Dhyan is called shvas preksha. With long breaths the consciousness moves away from emotional passions and begins to live in the present. This is called Preksha. When the self is located in truth then all that remains is sat-chid-anand.
