Power and its use can be viewed both as the same thing and as different things.
Some people have the power but do not use it while others use it.
We may or may not consider ourselves to be fortunate, but are not able to always discount the role of fate.
Many people work very hard but get precious little for it, while some others may work less but may get more than commensurate rewards for it.
The philosophy of Anekant gives healthy insights into it.
Let no one factor obsess you, reflect on the matrix of reason.
